I just graduated from this program and I cannot say enough good things about it. Is it perfect? No but no treatment program is. Lakeview more than exceeded my expectations switch is saying something because I have been determined for times for almost 2 years of my life. I thought there was NOTHING new for me to learn or experience. When they say that they are dual diagnosis, they really mean it. I have been to several other treatment programs that said that and their focus on mental health is very minimal. Lakeview has the right amount of doctors and schedules the right amount of appointments to appropriately address just about any mental health issue. It was customized and thorough. I left there feeling incredibly satisfied with how they addressed the anxiety disorder and ADHD that I have battled for 30 years. While I was there, I participated in the trauma true, physical therapy multiple times a week, an exercise program and intensive group and individual therapy sessions. The therapists there are top notch. They were able to Identify some core issues that I have never been made aware of during all my other times in treatment. They made me a comprehensive aftercare plan and helped me execute it while there. The alumni coordinator has already reached out to me and for me but out three days. Highly recommend!

I contacted this facility and Michael answered, He was extremely helpful and informative. I’ve been to multiple detoxes myself and always felt money was first and my well being was second but Michael assisted me regardless of funds and got me in contact with a facility who ultimately saved a life. Thank you Michael; you’re an angel on earth

I went here in 2013 and it has changed and grown tremendously since I attended but all in all it was a great place. Rehabs aren’t a supposed to be fun I have some of the best memories there, and at that time there was no pool or large gym, it was actually pretty small. It’s crazy to say I miss it but it is true. This place probably saved my life. I owe a lot to lake view.

It’s important that you focus completely on your treatment and recovery while in rehab. This means taking a break from work. Patients who voluntarily admit themselves to drug rehab are largely protected in their employment by the Family and Medical Leave Act. Many employers also provide short-term disability insurance, which may cover time spent in treatment. Patients should familiarize themselves with these protections and discuss them with employers.
