The new managers need customer service. Instead of the amenity charges going on expensive flowers and mulch, clean the swimming pools and add hot water temps to the washing machines fix the foundation before alignment on our vehicles have to be repaired. Upgrade the mold and roach infested units. When your tenants want comfort don’t tell them to walk out.

They're under new ownership and another new management staff (3rd or 4th mgmt turnover since I moved here in Nov 2020). They are repainting and fixing a few things here and there, but there's a lot to do to make this even close to getting called "luxury"... Probably not possible without razing the complex and starting over. New website claims its a luxury apt complex, gated community, sparkling pools... Go to Riverview Jacksonville. Com (without the spaces). 2 stars for trying to make it better and for being one of the few places in town that are somewhat affordable and allow pets.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I had nothing but problems here. When they were supposed to fix things they rigged it up. My closet door was coming off their fix was shoving a piece of cardboard under the door. Littered with cigarette butts. Tried to order dominos for delivery. Dominos told me they can’t deliver here. They got robbed too many times. I left for the safety of my children. They told me I broke contract and put a bad hit on my credit and never bothered to contact me for money or anything. No contact I only found out when I went to apply for an apartment and got denied of this place when they kept my deposit. I had to pay extra to move in and they told me I needed to pay a co-signer company. They don’t get back to you in a timely fashion. Just don’t waste your time here.

Update: I did renew my lease and they are now charging for water, trash, and sewage. I'm in a one-bedroom and those charges amount to about $57 a month. BTW, see my Google review, the new management has made great strides toward improving the property. I'm impressed and I'm not easy to impress.
