We purchased a sectional and the zero gravity base for our memory foam mattress which we did not know we needed at giving us a rest test. Thank you Brandon and thank you Ashley whoever you are.

Terrible. I have a Chair with a hole in it still to this day. Nothing has been done on their end. Delivery guys Broke the sofa while delivering it. I sent it back and called customer care to reschedule. I had to take a day off work for the re-delivery of sofa. A delivery fee of $169 is alot for sub-par service. Called the manager of the Colonial heights store and he only tells me information I already know about the re-delivery that I set up. Yet he tells me the delivery information as if he set it up. Ask for a refund for the delivery fee and says he can't do that and would email custome care about my chair and refund for delivery fee. Niether of those things happened. If your delivery goes wrong and they have your money, this establishment will do nothing. Shop at your own risk at Ashley furniture.
