I had a horrible horrible horrible experience here. I don’t recommend this place and I wouldn’t waste your time . The wait time is horrible . I got there at 11:40 and what should of took 30 minutes lasted a very long time. I didn’t get out of there till 2 in the afternoon. Some staff are nice and I don’t blame the nice staff members but most of the staff are rude and don’t treat customers well. I will say the clinic is clean and the bathrooms are also clean but the staff wow oh wow need to learn customer service beyond belief. I hope I never have to come back here’s ever again. Never been treated the way I was treated ever in a clinic . The parking is limited , so get there early if you want a good parking very spot. A employee basically lied to me and i don’t like liars . She said I was next , NEXT, please remember that word or this story will not make sense. I asked i will be with you in one minute I have to make a phone 📱 call. The phone ☎️ call didn’t even last 30 seconds . I go to start walking towards the back and then magically she said she needs another 20 minutes. So basically I wasnt next . Why in gods name would you call someone if your not ready for them . Next time don’t call someone’s if your not ready for them. If I was working there I would just said we will be ready for you in 20 minutes, clearly she didn’t know how to do her job and was very rude and idiotic. I had to go to the bathroom and I was about to pee my pants. But I could not go until the docter saw me. So the experience was very horrible . When I complained it Is what you would expect , a thousand excuses and them not accepting that they’ve were in wrong . I bet you a thousand dollars 💵 the problem won’t get fixed. Only one person said sorry and it wasn’t even the women that caused the problem. Very unprofessional. They are going to say they were not in the wrong When they read this. The docter said she’s would talk to the women that was rude to me but I doubt it. Trust me stay away from this place

Didn't cost me anything but I have insurance, so I'm not sure about that..I can tell you that it only takes about 15 minutes for the results.

Although I had insurance and they told me they were in network, they indeed were not. My total visit was just over $200 including a Rocephin shot for a severe respiratory infection. The care was impeccable!
