Bought a brand new Tritoon 23 SS230. Was told that the cracked speaker would be fixed. Never happened. The changing area hydraulic mechanisms is completely broken. The area which is a great concept is completely inoperable and was sold to us that way with the understanding it would all be taken care of. Little did they say IF YOU CAN REACH SOMEONE. SO if your looking to build a relationship with a boat retailer, this probably is not a good fit for you.

The experience I had with planet marine was not the best. I purchased a new boat from them and traveled from NC to get it. My salesman justin was terrible, I can’t figure out why he still has a job there. He refuses to return calls or text and made a mess of all the paper work did it all wrong. If it’s wasn’t for ray the manager nothing would have got done. Ray did a great job.
