It was my first time ever visiting an urgent care facility. The front desk was courteous & the check in process was easy however, I couldn't understand since I was the ONLY patient that was there, why I was sitting in the waiting area so long with blood dripping & soaking up a towel before I was called to the back. Once I was in the back the physician asst. Jasmine was absolutely pleasant & professional. In addition, Dr Marc was very courteous. I appreciate how he took the time to explain to me what was going on when many Physicians appear to always be in a rush.

Even though I didn’t call ahead, my wait time was reasonable. Clinicians were friendly and thorough. Recommend checking in online or calling ahead.

The Nurses and Doctors were thorough and friendly - the receptionists were not at all. They don’t greet you, barely look at you, and don’t answer or clarify simple questions. Maybe they were having a bad day but everyone coming to them is having a worse day.

Had the pleasure of Shahana Ali as my physician! She took great care of me! She was so patient and answered all of my questions! Made sure she examined me well to diagnose me correctly! I would give her a thousand stars if I could!
