This is a great park. It's paved, clean, and I feel safe here. My gsd puppy loves the dog beach. There is NO gate at the beach just fyi. But it's cute and clean. There's a dog park I haven't visited that I think has a gate. Plenty of benches throughout the park to rest. If you start at one end and walk to the dog beach, it's about 4.5 miles round-trip but for 6$ you can park in the park and there's a lot close to the dog beach.

Love it here! Such a fun time outdoors with our children here. There's a playground area, picnic tables, a beautiful garden with a sitting area and one may even sit to read a book, water fountains, get some shade under the many tall & beautiful trees or at the gazebo, cross over a walking bridge & view some turtles in or around the water. Yes there's a small entrance fee but it's worth it & there's indoor restrooms at one building so that's certainly a plus. We even just enjoyed a day date picnic in the middle of the week instead of on a weekend like when we go with the kiddos. It's so beautiful and peaceful just walking around and seeing nature even some deer as well as just relaxing by the water. I took a few pictures from a recent visit. With all that said I do recommend Quiet Waters Park so if you get to go see for yourself.

Been going to this park ever since moving into Annapolis summer 2021. Great park, beautiful trails and just so much to do and see. Love quiet waters!

This is a pretty and well-maintained park. The paved paths are smooth and tidy. The library across the street has charging stations if you care to drive to this park via an EV. If you follow the path to the back end of the park, it gives a beautiful view of the water. Dogs are welcome here as well.

8:30 pm.
Yes. The kayak rental place is called Paddle or Pedal.
Yes there are. There are many paved trails as well as un-paved ones.
Yup, first come
Yes they have kayak rentals and they also have sup
I can confirm it is $6 per car but you can sign up for a yearly pass which makes each trip significantly cheaper
Yes, they're open and they're back to collecting park admission as of the weekend of 7/18
Yes, there are paved trails
I do not know the laws on drones, but I would say it's a great place to fly a kite if you pick the right spot. There are different pavilions and areas throughout the entire park, some spaces are more open than others.. it would be beautiful to be able to take pics with a drone.

Not sure I noticed handicap access. I'd look up their website. I was only on the dog park side.
No
There is a fee for pavilion use for weddings. I was at a wedding hosted inside and there was definitely amplified music.
I'm sorry, but I'm not in a position to speak on such matters,as I was just a visitor to the park.
There are many picnic tables around. I believe they are first come first served.
The pavilions have built in grills, you just need to bring charcoal and something to light it with
It cost $5 to get in the park
It is not open on Thanksgiving or Christmas
Don't know...but there is a phone number on the website.
No. The is a dock that you might be able to jump on, but I've never seen boats there. I think it's strictly for their kayak/canoe rental.
Beth is incorrect. They have a designated dog beach. As well as a dog park for big dogs and a separate park for small pups.
Follow the signs for the dog park it's down a hill.
Makes more sense than being closed on the weekend. It's one of the best parks in the region.
Good morning ❣️ the park is always open. And there are always canopies ❣️
Quiet waters is a water park in Florida this one is just a normal park
Drive all the way down to the end of the park. From there it is a short walk to a nice overlook of the South River.
Yes, i have been fishing there. Caught a lot of spot/croaker.
Yes you're allowed to swim down at the kayak ramp what they going to make you swim at your own risk
As long as your canine is well behaved and on lead, they are absolutely welcome in the park with you. Be sure to take them down to dog beach for an off lead swim/romp, and then over to dog park to run around and dry off. Enjoy!
Ive taken many photos there..permits only if part of wedding event, etc.
Under the AA county Park rental rules there's absolutely no alcohol allowed to be brought into the park or used with the rental of a pavilion. There are no exceptions to this rule. It is not a heavy party site since there are also rules regarding Amplified sound equipment etcetera.
Thank you guys. Appreciate it. Have an amazing New Year’s Eve.
