Wish I had our fishing rods, you can fish/ crab from the old bridge/pier or from the shore. Cooking grills are available and some tables. Great view!!.

Had a good time at the pier. Caught perch and some undersized croaker. Wednesday through Saturday the pier is open to fishing until 9:45pm. Other days closes at normal times. There is a friendly ranger that patrols the entrance after hours. Lighting here is poor so bring a headlamp if you're gonna fish at night. There are public restrooms here.

They do have rentals, but the rental station never seems to be open when we go. You can bring and launch your own, if you have them. The beach area is great for launching.

Yes, the park is free to enter, but parking is limited, so on a busy weekend you may have to wait for a parking place.

Not allowed and would not recommend swimming, fish hooks and water quality can be bad after rains.
