One of the best things I ever did was start a personal training program. I never really understood what strength training was and the benefits that it would give me. I joined EIF almost two years ago and love it. They're great at working with you to tailor a workout that's right for you. For someone like me who has always had trouble working out consistently, it's provided me with an atmosphere where I actually enjoy the work-outs. The owners are really good people who care about their clients and work hard to make sure it's a rewarding experience. You get that personal touch that just doesn't happen in the big-box corporate gym environment. I highly recommend EIF.
