+1 For Mike Wagner's response. Its a park surrounded by water. Really great dog park, nice jogging trails, an ice rink in the winter, but no water slides.

There's no "water park" like in an amusement park. It's a park, surrounded by water. With kayak rentals and trails and playgrounds for children and dogs.
