i know there is a fee for booking pavilions but is there one for setting up a picnic in a gazebo? or are those first come first serve

It would safe to call because their gazebos might be reserved for a special occasion. One never knows. Their gazebo are right by the water by the dog beach. 🐕⛱

I don't know of any gazebo that is setup for picnics. Best to call the park for an answer to your question.
