Very poor response time for prescription renewals. Patients information from John Knox not transferred over even though Dr. McIlwain was the attending physcian. Cannot reach the office to speak with the his nurse to find out why the prescription was not filled even with the pharmacy putting in two requests.

After years of uncaring drs and years of unknown pain. I was sent to Dr Mcilwains office in tampa where i seen his PA. Bloodwork was done and i was seen 2 weeks later. I was finally after years of crying pain constant discomfort, unable to do much i was given a diagnosis. Im still in pain but not as bad as before. I was told with my issues it would take some time to get where i need to be. Im so blessed to have a pcp and a nephrologist who actually care about their patients. I was starting to believe Good caring Drs dont exist anymore. Everyone in the office is so nice and caring. 5 stars isnt enough of a score for them. A 10⭐'s would be better...
