If not for Dr. Hall and his entire amazing team, I would likely still be struggling with so much pain and not able to stand up straight. First appointment, he looked at me and saw how much pain I was in and instead of making me feel unimportant he treated me as a priority and did everything to get me into surgery! Now, almost 4 months later I am walking, taking stairs, light workouts. Everything I couldn’t do before, I’m able to now and it’s thanks to him! He never doubted my pain for a second. Dr. Hall years ago, as a young single mother of two sons, and already having surgery on my C3-C7 from another Neurosurgeon,, whom I will not name, in an emergency situation I met Dr. Hall. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Hall and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I truly believe God placed him in my life, so I could raise my son's now 25 & 28.

I want to share my experience with this surgeon for anyone who is considering seeking his help. I have seen him a few times and have done a couple procedures with him, my latest was the radio frequency abrasion (I believe I said it properly if not please correct me). A few notes for consideration 1. It's scary and intimidating to have anything done to your back, however Dr Hall is a very well trained professional and although any procedure is uncomfortable, it is tolerable and not as bad as you originally think it is. Just take a breather and know that you're in good hands and you can get through it. 2. He's understanding to your feelings, he knows you're worried, but he is considerate and confident in his abilities. Dont be afraid to ask him questions. 3. His staff is caring too. They are sweet and dont mind having a few good laughs with you. I had a little problem where I had to reschedule, I was a little upset about it and had to head home. His staff took the time to send me a personal email and went out of their way to reschedule me for sooner than originally thought. It was very kind of them. So all in all it's not as bad as you think, please consider talking to Dr Hall. I would recommend him to my own family. I know its intimidating but I promise afterwards you'll see the difference. While DR Hall may be a good doctor, the co that he works within has no communication capabilities, and cares less, unless its about the Money, then they are very attentive If you want to talk with staff and have a normal DR Patient relationship, look elsewhere
