Moldy units. Use cheap grout and never respond to inquiry yet they say they are on top of it. Been 4 months now.

This was my husband and my first apartment. We lived here for two years and it was a wonderful experience. Maintenance was always wonderful, if we ever had an issue, staff was quite nice and I love the location–right near the freeway, shops, nice parks, movie theater, restaurants, trails, etc. Our apartment was updated and nice. The cost of rent is also quite low compared to other apartments in the area. When we left, we didn't clean the apartment much and left a few things that needed to be mended, but we still received a decent amount of our deposit back. I personally never really used the pool, gym and amenities so can't comment on that. We ended up moving closer to the beach and the management company who manages our new apartment is pretty terrible and makes me wish we'd stayed at the Palms longer some days.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years when I first moved in for the are rent was barely reasonable. this places is truly a joke they are trying to raise the rent in 2018 to 1800 for a one bedroom apartment. To start the paint in the walls wash off with a basic cleaner everything falls apart cabinets fall off even the bedroom doors fall off. the bathtub sealing peels of i have hade it re-done twice. Constant water leaks anywhere imaginable. in apartment bug infestations huge ant problem that they won't do anything about. they shut the water off probably once a week without more than a 2 hour warning this apartment complex is truly criminal when it comes to pricing they are going to charge in 2018 30$ A month per vehicle you have to park where you live! Your apartment can be in perfect condition and you'll receive none of your deposit back. They say they are dog friendly but truly not they make you jump through all kinds of hoops to keep your pet here with expensive pet fees each month on top of that they want a reference letter from a friend on your dogs character? Don't fall for the pictures they post either, the grass is usually dead and trash is constantly overflowing from the dumpsters and all over the sidewalk. Management is terrible. Tried to ban us from pool by saying we left trash, which we did not. All and all a terrible living experience. DONT MOVE HERE.

This property is in a great location and at a average price. The leasing office and maintenance staff are all very friendly. The 1st floor apartment I lived at had hardwood floors which is a huge plus! Washer/Dryer in unit is also nice. Have to subtract a star because of some of the neighbors and their pets. It's 50/50 on who picks up after their pets. There is literally dog poop on the sidewalks and I have stepped in some walking to get my mail at night. I would love it, if they could figure out who's not picking up after their pets and charge them a fee. Also, they have no weight restrictions. I have seen owners with 100+ lb dogs walking around, its actually very scary to some people. If you have a dog of your own, then this place is great!
