Moved into Seaside In January of this year and have had great experiences so far! Staci and Adriel were the main people to assist with the lease and finding the perfect unit. Of course there were some things that needed to be adjusted and figured out in the beginning and the leasing office is always very responsive and will let you know when they will be closed via email. There’s been a few maintenance things here and there, nothing out of the ordinary, and things are always rectified in a timely manner! Carlos has assisted us quite a few times and is very helpful and efficient! Thank you all!

Seaside has very nice apartments. The renovations of the apartments are really nice. Maintenance issues are dealt with fairly quickly. Carlos has been really great with upkeep maintenance advice and has been really great with our apartment issues. I like how the place is dog friendly and things are fairly maintained in the community. The leasing office personnel I’ve worked with such as Joy and Adriel have been very communicative which is great. There were some initial issues but they have since been resolved. It a really nice place and my family (boyfriend and pup) is very comfortable here.

I had three maintenance issues (two of them plumbing). I was thinking that it was going to take a couple of days to fix and be a huge inconvenience......But Nope! Not at all :) Seaside apartments has an Amazing maintenance crew! Setting up the appointment was easy and online. Javier and Ricardo (maintenance) were very professional, nice and helpful. They brought all of the parts and tools needed for the jobs with them and fixed everything in about an hour and a half...No inconvenience at all! 😃 They were super quick, efficient and knowledgeable! Thanks Seaside for having such an Awsome maintenance team! We definitely appreciate it.

Yes, one parking space is included in rent. We offer one carport parking space per apartment. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A $40.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 is due at time of application and is non-refundable. Application and holding fee (which is applied to total move-in charges such as security deposit and rent) must be paid at time of application for an apartment to be reserved for you. Each apartment requires a holding fee of $400 (one bedroom) or $500 (two bedroom) at the time of application, and is non-refundable after 72 hours, unless applicant is denied. An applicant’s deposit may vary depending on income, employment, and credit history, which is based on the standards established through the approval system. Service requests can be made through the resident portal. After hours we have an emergency maintenance line which alerts our maintenance team on call.
We love pets and are a pet-friendly community! We accept up to two indoor pets per apartment. Keep in mind that there are additional pet deposits, as well as a monthly pet rent.
