Great location with cool ocean breezes. Only a short drive to some of the best beaches in Orange County. Walking distance to Starbucks, Albertsons grocery store, etc. Hiking and biking trails nearby.

There are not certain policies to qualify here and I think you have to respect them and a cousainer is very delicate, better find out really that he is a cousainer sorry
