Always a great experience at Inifiniti service, only concern is then not resetting my car after service. I have asked this 3 different times, null and void. Other than that, nice clean environment, and great staff.

Had a poor service experience at this dealership. Service coupons from their website are not exactly honored in practice; my itemized bill was significantly higher than what the coupon promised, and an additional "shop charge" of $50 was tacked on to the bottom of my bill with no other explanation. I politiely negotiated the removal of this charge, but the consultant made it seem like they were "doing me a solid" by taking this off when it shouldn't be there in the first place, aside from the coupon not even being honored. Finally, after that frustrating ordeal, I'm escorted out to my car just to see that I couldn't even get a complementary car wash from this "luxury" brand after spending nearly $1,000 on service... the car was dirtier than when I first arrived! It is quite apparent that the managment group is enforcing some shady business practices on its staff to try and squeeze customers for every last dollar.

I agree completely. Bought many cars in my life and never have dealt with such liars as Infiniti of Tampa. We wouldn't ever buy another vehicle from them.
The Tampa Infinity dealership appears to be very conscious of Covid safety. Masks are required to be worn by everyone while in the showroom and when test driving vehicles. They also have ample hand sanitizer dispensers located conveniently throughout the building. I had no hesitation in having my wife and children with me while shopping/purchasing our new vehicle.
Maybe it hates bad grammar?
Too many variables. Such as, "is the compressor bad, "Does it need just free-on", "is it a fuse gone bad"? Need a diagnostic to first figure out issue to get a cost estimate.
Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Acura are similar, all Luxury Brands.
Check on their website for service coupons
Nissan dealer is essentially Infiniti, however no. They will tell you that you have to go to Infiniti themselves. Listen, this happened to me one night (on my previous QX60). One night, it just would not read the Fob no matter what I did. I replaced batteries and nothing. I was stranded at the last spot I shut her off. I Jus sat there on a Sat night thinking how I would be stranded until Mon morning! 20 - 30 min later (after slapping it lightly on the dash a few times) ha, it suddenly & without warning caught. I'm not telling you that it will definitely work for you, however it hasn't happened since & I recently upgraded. I want to believe that there was a small glitch with the computer. Try it for yourself. You may get lucky.
Yes
Probably minor refinements, but essentially the same.
