Bait and switch, quoted one price and on delivery charged 3x the quote. also after explaining 3 times the type cushions we wanted they still gave us the wrong ones, so now I have couches I don't like for 3 times what we wanted to pay. Work quality was great but what a complete disappointment. get your price in writing.
