We walked into the shade store Miami begin of may . We make an order for 50k and everything was smooth and possible to complete by end of June . To measure it took 2 weeks for an appointment ,even the HQ review it , Took an other 2 weeks ! Then the delay starting and even wrong deliveries .Wrong measurment and the HQ review later on . Curtains that was too short or too long and one was torn ,sheers too wide for the windows. After they come back weeks later ,again there was a wrong measurement. Even the installers says this is not acceptable . We called over and over again ,and hear the worth 'i'm so sorry ' countless . Now end of Aug and still not ready ,even a reaction from HQ stays out . We really regret to do business with them. Absolute never again and not recommend .

Amendment- After this review, the company has reached back out to offer other solutions to try to remedy the situation. I really appreciate this. They have stressed they do care about keeping their clients. I will start by saying that I have used this company many times before and absolutely loved the result and the product. I agree with all the comments that the pros in this area are all fantastic, professional, meticulous and try to go above and beyond (I still feel this way despite this review). My extreme disappointment comes with my most recent job. I ordered drapes at the store with the help of the sales associate. I ordered full length drapes for two rooms to hang ¼ inch above the floor. They tried 3 times over a 7-month time period to accomplish this, but the drapes would always bunch on the floor after hanging them. Despite it taking 7 months to try to fix the problem, I was appreciative that the team was trying to correct the job and accomplish what I ordered. After the third attempt was unsuccessful, I was then told for the climate I live in I should have never ordered this material because it will stretch. I was never told this when I ordered it. I was then asked to pick a second choice; I did with the help of a sales associate and then I was told that material would also stretch. I was asked to pick a third choice. At this point, I asked for a reimbursement since the company clearly couldn’t deliver what they had promised. The customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. They didn’t return phone calls, I was told they couldn’t discuss compensation, they don’t issue reimbursements, they tried to charge me a second installation fee if I went with my third choice and then ‘credit me’ by removing it (yes, they actually wanted to charge me another 1300 dollars to install another fabric choice!), they would not reimburse me the difference between a cheaper fabric choice after I initially paid for the most expensive fabric. The list goes on and on. In the end, I will say that they did offer different options to make it right, but I had to FIGHT for this. It was an exhausting, horrible experience that made me lose all faith in this company. I was a repeat customer and I wanted to stay with this company to finish the rest of my house. The bottom line is they just did not care about losing a customer. This is the most telling thing I can write.

Such a horrible experience. Only time I’ve ever written a review. Have over 30 automatic shades installed. Cannot get any support to fix numerous problem with there hubs that supposed to automatically control the shades. Over 10 visits to the house and constantly trying to schedule around this with no success. The last reach out to them was to the sales rep telling me to contact the 800 number and her email because she cannot get with the support. Just crazy. Save your time and find another company. These guys can’t get their stuff together.

Our experience with the shade store was great. Kathy helped us coordinate and design shades for our condo and communicated every step of the way. The investment was worth the final product. Service technicians Scott and Robert were very timely and went out of their way to help attach remotes and explain things. They left our condo clean and removed all the previous blinds for us. Thank you!
