This was my first time working with Bay Color Photo Lab and I am so, so impressed. Quality of images/prints: Fantastic Customer service: Equally if not more amazing. They were pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person. Had great conversation while they went above and beyond by putting the print I had just purchased in a frame for me. I brought the frame with me to the store so I could put the print right in it. (My cat's hair and curiosity makes framing prints at home a bit of a nightmare.) Rather than just having me do it myself, they worked very hard to put the print in my difficult frame for me while I continued a lovely conversation with the gentleman checking me out. They also very kindly let me print on-demand when I forgot to put in my 4x6 print order ahead of time and brought a USB. Not sure if that's something they normally do, but I am very appreciative either way! Location: Convenient even for someone coming from across town on the Selmon Expressway. I will continue to use this lab for prints going forward, and can't wait to try out canvas options in the future! I've been going to Bay Color Lab since the late 80's. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable, helpful in adjustments to make my prints look their best, always quality printing! They offer a wide number of services at very reasonable prices. From some of the best "Green Process Printing" that last a lifetime, to archival custom printing that last many lifetimes. Canvas printing, stretched, mounted and ready for framing, digital transfers of old VHS and Film movies, digitizing slide film for large prints. And best of all, just some really good guys who enjoying doing their work! My customers have been very pleased with their printing. Here's an image from my last shoot that the client text me to say how quick they had it done! Any how happy they were with how nice all the prints came out.
