I switched to Dr Mastandrea this year for my urologist. He is capable but his staff can't or won't get prescriptions' filled and the office staff is extremely combative when I try to get anything done. Erika (sp) shouldn't be talking to anyone on the phone. She doesn't know what she's talking about regarding the care I've had over 10 years and when I try and explain she cuts me off. She even debated with me about where Quest diagnostics, on MLK. I asked Erika to have Dr Mastandrea call me at least 4 times and she refused, this is unfortunate. Dr Mastandrea is a good person and was recommend by a colleague. But I can't rely on an office I don't trust and that's what he has.

This practitioner is the epitome of the outdated, archaic way of healthcare: not listening to a patient and simply going through the motions in order to pocket a co-pay. Completely emotionless and talks down, not to, his patients. Really shameful for someone in such a powerful position. Office manager Emmy is super cool. Outside of that, do not waste your time.

Dr.Mastrandrea is an excellent urologist .I've been a patient for several years .He and his staff are very professional. His office is spotless and he gives quality care to his patients
