The are the WORST at communicating with their patients. The patient advocate department wouldn't answer the phone. How is that for caring about their patients. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Unfortunately, one star is the lowest I can give them. It should be a negative 1 or 2 stars. That's how bad the customer service is here. Where do I begin? So I called and spoke to a customer service rep, who sounds like she attended USF. I wanted to schedule an appointment, but after telling her my symptoms, she advised the doctor I was interested in wouldn't be able to see me. I then asked for another doctor and she said that she didn't know who could see me with my symptoms. Just a PSA, my symptoms are not extreme, but something I want to look into. Anyways, I guess b/c I didn't have an extreme case, they couldn't find a doctor for me. The rep advised that she would have a nurse call me. 2-3 days go by and crickets. I called again and asked for them to have the nurse call me. She calls me and is like, well, based upon your info, I am not sure who can see you. We can have you meet with one of our PRN's, but not the doctors. The nurse asked for me to fax over my medical records, which I did. She said she would look into it for me and would call me back. A week goes by, never called me back. I called again to have them contact me back. Guess what, she never called back. I called again to see if my medical records were there. The guy who answered was a real clown. I told him I am trying to find out about my medical records and he just transferred me without saying anything. I left a voicemail for them to call me back. Guess what??? They still haven't called me back. USF Urology is horrible!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TRY TO CONTACT A HUMAN THERE!! Oh by the way, I had a similar experience with USF Orthopedics, however I was able to get an appointment. I had to wait an hour in a crowded confusing waiting area for an hour over my scheduled time. The moral of the story is, don't go to USF for health or you will be frustrated, angry, and bewildered of how they run their operations.

I was not satisfied with these physicians because they would not, more than once, listen to what I, the patient, had to say about a severe complication-which lead to a total of 4 horribly painful admissions to the Hospital within 1 month keeping me away from my autistic son with grand mal seizures and requiring my husband to take a month off from work. NEVER again.

Dr Heinsimer is a real pro along with his crew. I had a huge kidney stone, he performed a lithotripsy and a stent. Very knowledgeable about this procedure and not only that but he listened patiently about all my concerns. I'll give him 10 out of 5.

Yes
I go there, but don't know the fax number. You may be able to look it up online.
