My fiancé and I chose this place over several stores to purchase our engagement and wedding rings. I'm so glad we did!! Mrs. Bettie Bobo Bigelow was our sales representative throughout the whole process. She was very kind, knowledgeable of the rings and guarantees/policies. WARNING: DO NOT TRY TO DESIGN CUSTOM JEWELRY AT THE DURHAM LOCAITON. In hindsight, we should not have tried to create a custom ring at a place that doesn't specialize in custom jewlery. This review may not pertain to in-stock jewelry but it's important to warn folks swayed by the sales pitch of "we can easily alter this" like us. My husband and I had a truly horrendous experience with our wedding bands from Jared. Long story short, we placed our orders in April, didn't recieve our bands until ONE weeks before our wedding in October and my band was not made correctly until the following January. The manager (Eric) and sales rep (Mike) tried to be helpful, and were apologetic which we appreciated but it took 4 attempts over NINE MONTHS for them to make my ring correctly (based on designs we agreed on). There was a HUGE communication issue and disconnect between the people in the store, the people designing the ring, and the people making the ring. In the end, we were supposed to recieve a sizeable refund for the trouble (again, appreciate the attempt) but did not. Can not warn you enough - DO NOT TRY TO CUSTOMIZE JEWELRY AT JARED.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at this Jared location. We were helped by Antwon who was very patient as we looked around and tried on different items. He also was well informed and able to answer all of our questions!
