A true rip off- I spent around $30 to use a worn out deck brush that was ineffective on bugs. The vacuum didn't make a dent on dog hair $1 a min/less power than my dust buster. It's super rushed because you pay by the minute and half the time you're trying to untangle all the tubes to reach around the car.

The equipment damaged and dented my car. I also paid for a premium wash and my vehicle was still really dirty when I came out to dry it. I am so angry about this. Avoid at all costs.

The platinum cleaning is expensive but very thorough. Vacuuming only with a credit card. Does not take quarters. Great detailing area though. Often busy on weekends.

TAKING MONEY AND NOT GIVING BACK. I go to the car wash on THURSDAY, I swipe both of my cards and they didn’t go through. My friend swipes his and it goes through. Him and I both get charged. Only he was supposed to get charged if mine didn’t go through. I called on Thursday, called on Friday, still haven’t got my money back. Another friend of mine said this machine has taken money and didn’t give it back. This is a scam. They will only respond to this now because it’s hurting their reputation. I have yet to receive my money. I have yet to receive a call back.
