Wide selection of books, games, etc. Their elevator needs a little bit of fixing up it was making an odd noise last time I used it (I can’t use their escalators due to a medical issue and phobia)

Actually, they do in the kids section, sometimes however it may be out getting repaired or updated.
Not sure, but if they don't, they will be able to order it.
According to their Instagram, you buy a wristband at B&N, which gets you the book and access to "section A" in the outdoor Plaza where they are performing and to get it signed.
All the employees are super nice and are more than willing to check their store database for whichever book you may need. Either over the phone or in person
