Let me start by saying I have never had a bad experience since the move in. Doug Crawford and all the front desk employees are always friendly, professional and ready to assist residents. We have respectful neighbors and I’ve never heard any loud stuff like that other reviewers says. I would have given 5 starts if it wasn’t for my recent shocking my recent experience. I got a call from my husband saying “Haden is saying we did not pay for the party room”, we reserved and paid a month ago. So I called the office to talk to them a lady her name I think “Jamile” picked up and changed her tone as soon as I told her my name. She over talk me several times and when I told her can you please let me finish my sentence she just started screaming. Then I decided it’s better to talk in person so I kept asking her can I come to office because I’ve confirmations I paid and ignored my questions and went on about how I didn’t pay. I had to let her talk because she was not stopping like screaming for no reason and I’m in my first trimester in my pregnancy and I wanted to avoid stressful situation . Even if I was wrong the least you do is let your customers talk and calm the situation. Customer service 101. At last I hang up on her because she would not let me talk at all. The reason I’m writing all details is because I sent email for someone in charge to contact me, listen to the phone conversation and hold her accountable. I did get apologies and Doug solve the issue for me even if he was away but she really should apologize maybe she had bad day but it was shocking how I the customer was trying to calm the situation rather than her.

Absolutely astonishing! This is definitely luxury living. The buildings are beautiful and I love how many lounges they have throughout the buildings. I do wish they had a bigger area for animals to use the bathroom though.

Even though I have not officially decided on renting at this property I must say the service provided from the staff was amazing. The concierge, leasing manager and the leasing agent Jemaine welcomed me warmly as I was a renter already. The tour guided by the leasing agent of the community was amazing. She was very personable and was able to identify my needs and wants as to what I was looking for in my new home. I would definitely consider and recommend to others.

1. As I type this, I'm currently hearing the person above me heel-walk, barefoot with such force that my light fixtures and hung pictures rattle (not an exaggeration). This has been going on for over an hour, so I can only assume they're trying to log 10,000 steps/day pacing in their unit. Another neighbor leaves their dog unattended all day, so the thudding from upstairs triggers the dog downstairs into barking fits. And in the unit on my other side, a kid is fighting with their parent/guardian, slamming doors, screaming and I'm hearing thuds.. which leaves me wondering if this is normal arguing or is something more happening that should be reported to youth services. So short answer: "No." 2. That's another "nope." Just an empty desk for classier residents to leave junk mail and garbage on in the lobby. 3. 66 with no traffic is about 15 mins. If you want to gamble with Metro 30 min trip (+10 min walk). Not bad at all. Hope this helps!
