Hotel is a little older, rooms are smaller than other residence inns I've stayed at. Pool is small with no hot tub. Breakfast is great, my kids wished they had the waffle makers though! But they survived on muffins and fruit loops while I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Great location 15 minutes from Universal Studios and right off the freeway on Olive.

Christian at the front desk is wonderful. He went above and beyond for us during our stay. He's the reason I will be returning to this hotel for my future travel to LA. Thank you for a great stay.

Would not recommend this hotel. We had an awful experience here. My parents were asked (forced) to switch rooms mid-stay to accommodate a “VIP” client. Despite already being checked in to their room. We were lied to, told they’d get a better room but were moved to a worse room with a smaller bed. The management was rude and unfriendly. I would never stay here again. Find another hotel option or an Airbnb! Oh and my daughter got sick after swimming in the disgusting pool. Wish I never let her go in it. Overall just bad! Nothing good to say sadly.

Located in the Burbank Media Center and just a couple of blocks from the largest IKEA on the west coast, this apartment style 5-story hotel offers convenience, a friendly staff and clean rooms. Features include free breakfast from 6-9 AM in the dinning area a rooftop pool a fitness center and a small sundries area where you can stock up on your favorite drink or snack. Rooms feature a living area with a full kitchen including flatware and silverware. A sofa bed in the living area means you can comfortably sleep 2 more guests. Parking is covered and at the time of this review costs $18/day.
