I reserved a room. I even had an confirmation but staff could not find reservation. I was told to call booking company. After a while, another staff was able to locate it. He said booking agency just sent it. ( not likely). I did not get room reserved but I did not want to go thru hassle so I dealt with it. Once I was ready to check out staff told me they would email receipt which did not happen so I went downstairs to check out. Then, staff told me they did not have my email and I told them I provided over the phone. Strengths were staff were nice, room was clean. Kitchen staff was great. Pool and jacuzzi was great.

Great location, decent underground parking. Staff was nice and pleasant. Room was clean but it didn't have USB connections to fixtures(lamps) like I am use to at other Hilton locations. Good variety of food just a quick drive or walk away. Room service wasn't available...one person at desk said only lunch and dinner then when I tried to order, they said it wasn't available. Breakfast wasn't cheap and not worth the cost. Better off eating somewhere else nearby. I would stay there again for business trips but I might look around for another place for family trips.

This hotel was everything I imagined + more. The staff was amazing. Very nice and greeted me as I walked through the door. The rooms were so amazing & felt so good & friendly. ( the best part about it was that they are so close to an ikea.)!!! Amazing. The fact that there was no pre payment needed to book the room was so helpful. 10/10 Great experience, will come back in the future! The only downside to staying was having to pay for parking that was added onto your bill. But even then I’d rather pay for parking with them to know my car and belongings were secure & safe.

After our last visit in Maryland, I decided to try to stick to Hilton hotels. It was a good decision. You get all the conveniences of a five star hotel in a great location. Service was impeccable despite several large groups of guests. The location made it easy to attend the functions in the area.
