I never write reviews ever. I don t want my experience to color the future of anyone else’s business. However tonight my experience at the Ros on Wilshire in Barrington was not just disgusting but irresponsible in the fact that when I tried to get the phone number of the woman who refused to check me out at 11:01 when I had to shopping carts by myself ringing them upstairs would not give me there and no one will give me her name or anything to report her I’ve never been treated like this in a store before and again I don’t write comments ever this is out of character so this is never happened to me I’ve never had an experience like it. So if I city say I will never be going back to that Ross in fact I consider never going to Ross again. Since they won’t give me her name all I can say is she’s heavy weight has orange hair because they didn’t diet all the way blonde or whatever halfway there and she’s loud and decided to tell the entire story then they were all in line that since I was last of us two shopping carts at 11:01 she wasn’t gonna check me out that time I could’ve been home with my family wasted. I hope this said checker reads this because you know you not just hurt my feelings but you took time away from my life by doing that I know you would’ve had to stay a few extra minutes to check me out do you had the whole store to clean I’ve worked in service my whole life it wouldn’t of been that big of a deal to check me out you took you made that choice and I’m gonna go to the end with this one who make sure I report it I’ll be coming to your store to find out your name and and make sure that you ever have to find out just how rude and outrageously inconvenient and horrible you are

Good location with things for all ages. Very clean store. Nice staff. Good prices. Parking on site.

Absolutely the worst Ross store in LA area. The cashier was very rude and impolite. The store manager was worse than her. I will never go back to this store. They all have attitudes about the customers. The store was very messy and it looks like a bunch of lazy people work here.
