Some unhelpful employees. I don’t expect young folks/employees to be enthusiastic, but minimally they could try their best. I called to check the availability of an item in store, and all but one person refused to actually look and see wether or not it was truly available in store. Just in FYI: Even IF an item is said to be available in-store online, it might not actually be.

Sad.. feels like the business is going away. Barely anything that they used to carry. Feels like they cut 40% of their products.

It was great to see Urban Outfitters because of their unique clothing. I am from New Jersey. I've seen an Urban Outfitters in Miami and now in LA.
