The manager was rude to customers My English is not good, when I asked her a question, she said out loud that she didn't understand me I asked the question again, and she answered in a louder voice and in a bad way that she does not understand The return queue is served quickly, unlike the purchase queue, the service is slow until it causes a jam. There is no organization for all cashiers in return service only

The general manager from Century City is so unprofessional. She told me to come Friday at 12pm for a job interview which I did. I get there at 11:50 am and they told me that she was off. This other lady said she'll interview me. I waited 30 minutes and nothing. I left. I was so upset because I was excited to work at Zara, but I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. Don't apply at this location please.

I walked into the store when it was about to close…I knew exactly what I wanted and I wasn’t going to spend any more time than I needed…I was going to go straight to the black shirt I needed until I was stopped by an employee who kept repeating “sorry we are closed sir”, meanwhile the store is still full of shoppers casually shopping with no rush. I told the employee I just needed one black dress shirt and another employee came over to also repeat the same phrase. I asked her if there was any way I could just grab a black shirt and get out and she just repeated the same phrase, same monotone voice and stone cold business face. As I was walking out I walked towards a door that was locked and I could hear the same first employee laugh at me. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will not spend any money at this store anymore. I will tell others not to either.

Ugh. A shopper's nightmare. The Century City store is busy the store never has enough registers open. Long waits for dressing rooms. And restocking on in demand styles is a maze no one has figured out. Transfers between stores should be on the menu. Not every thing can be done on the app. Staff is nice, just a slack management response. They need a new system. Floor staff could be ringing people up in line with hand devices and a separate person could take the security tags off.

Yes they will be opened tomorrow either at 9am or 10am. I would call in the morning to check
Yes some of the Zara stores have a kids section the one in Chicago etc
