Sad to hear other reviews about poor service. That is far from the truth. As a small business who has used their services for the past 2-3 years, I have always had a good response and follow up. With a family owned business you must understand family comes first. Personal lives come before work. When the staff here is unavailable or behind due to health / covid related issues they let me know. As they do with all their customers. Joanne's designs has always let me know if they were working on other orders and when I can expect my orders to be fulfilled. Definitely recommend this woman-owned small business for your print and t-shirt orders.
