We have used Scotch Plains Medical Center several times for rapid PCR Covid tests. They are fantastic and we are so grateful to have this place close by. They are very responsive and get back to us right away. The people who work there are really nice and helpful.

The secretary ( i think her name was Kare) was a great help over the phone. Telling me i can get all the exams for my pre-employment and letting me know the test they couldn't do because they were running low. Very helpful. I even sent an email of the form before arriving to the clinic to make sure i can get most of the test done. The day i went to the clinic- a different secretary or clinician tells me they cant perform the exam because the form says "x-ray in case ___ test comes back positive." However i already had the results from the test that may require x-ray if positive. My reuslt negative. So no need to have x-ray. The clinician didnt even attempt to look at the resutls, didnt even open the envelop. Right away-" we can't do it. We don't have an X-ray machine, sorry" I was confused. I didn't feel welcome. Even when i tried to explain- clinician kept saying "We don't have x-ray machine." It seem they didnt want to do the form and keep coming up with excuses. Good luck to that place. Just not the clinic for me. Thank you anyways.
