I have been a long time donor here with over 150 donations. I can no longer support this blood center after a former employee left Dallas, it went down hill fast. Unfortunately its no longer a Joy. And they will talk behind your back but because there are only partitions and no full walls you can easy overhear what they say. There are still good people there but the bad over weigh the good. Also every worker from the NY Blood Center, to know I am real. I was there donating platelets when that guy came in and threw Cathy's computer and the police had to be called.

The staff here is great! I donate a triple platelet monthly. Spending a couple hours a pop like that goes by easily with good people! There was a closer donation location, but it was shut down during the pandemic. I have been here for a couple of years. I see many of the same staff members as my previous location:-)

This is the worst place I have ever donated. There is no management. You find out what to do from the people who are crazy enough to come back! Staff was not friendly, and not one person said Thank you.
