My fiancé dropped off 4 packages here just for 1 of them to be stolen. My tracking number shows that it was dropped off at your UPS and never left. The very rude owner, Rod, suggested we file a claim, so we did. Have fun with the investigation.

If you want your packages stolen before it ever reaches its destination, bring it to this UPS store. They have no cameras so if UPS ever does investigate, there will always be no proof of theft. And if you want to speak with the owner, Rod, he'll be sure to not help you with a single thing.

I'm not sure. I went there to get assistance with public notary but like the first time he wasn't there. I will not go there again, I rather drive to Scotch Plains or Westfield to get what I need instead of wasting my time going where no one is able to help. Besides that the attendant ( the older gentleman) smelled like he was smoking weed. Really bad service. I give this place a 1 star and that's being generous.
Ground services packages are 5:30 and air service packages are 7
