Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Good stay, pleasant people, clean and spacious room. Will stay again.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed, nice pillows, nice towels. Water pressure was good, water got very hot. Hot tub didn't get hot. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast had hot components. Front desk pm staff was wonderful. Manager (Regina?) was less than friendly.

Positive: The hotel would have been fine had the air conditioning was working properly and the staff had been attentive. Negative: The air conditioning in our room was not working. It was 95 degrees outside. At the desk we attempted to alert the staff to the problem, she was dishing up a plate in the breakfast area, she saw and ignored us. The toilet was leaking water on the floor.

This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but either they switched recently or the previous occupants smoked. This was the case with several of the rooms on the first floor as we were staying with several others for a wedding. 2 other rooms smelled the same or worse. Also housekeeping attempted to come in our room at 915 in the morning when checkout wasn't until 11.
