This is a restaurant that always happens something, with the food. But this time a worker was exaggerated. I'm at the drive-thu and it's moving slow. I understand and I'm waiting but when the last car ahead leaves and I'm still waiting for someone to take my order and they pass I think 5 minutes and still nothing. I decided to go straight to the window to see what happened and be able to put things in order, because at the same time I had cars behind me waiting, beeping and I couldn't give him the pass. So when I get to La Ventana I apologize and tell him that I'm waiting 22 minutes for someone to make my order and nothing. I told them this is a fast food restaurant, and I explained to them that the cars behind me wanted me to move and well, I had to move. In all these cars behind me who would have thought of me because I did not move. The truth is that a worker told me that they are busy and other things, I said to wait for how long more than the 22min it took for them to make my order. She gets very upset and tells me because of Burger King policy we can't order through the window and that if I didn't move she was going to call the police. I didn't understand in the end. I think I owed an apology for taking so long to take my order that in the end they didn't sell me because if I didn't move they would call the police.
