Because most of the employees are lazy. I've actually waited almost 5 minutes for an employee, who was less than 5 feet from saw me, turned her back to me, turned up the music on her iPhone to the max, went on Facebook and started messaging some guy. When I asked her if she could take my order she got and attitude and said she was working the drive through. To be clear, she was the only person I saw at the front counter the whole time I was there, which means in the end she was forced to take my order. Insert sarcastic smile here.
