The service does fluctuate wildly depending on who is working, but I've never been shorted on my change. If you didn't like it; more power to you for voting with your wallet.
For fast food, that BK has had good food every time I've been there. Majority of time I've been waited on by a young black man who is developmentally slow. I've received the correct change and he is always nice. Maybe the above person should take into account that most people who work fast food are teenagers and not expect a 5 star restaurant for $6 and change.
Received good service when I was there.
