Very limited hours, and sometimes aren’t even open during their posted hours. Fees on top of fees. I moved once, and they charged me a “bad address fee” on only one of my accounts every month until that account was empty, and then negative. Only when that account went negative did they reach out, not to update the address, but to collect the negative balance. You think a company with ANY customer service would give you a call, email, text about an address needing updating. Not covertly stealing money every month. Rates on any kind of loan or credit have consistently been the highest offered between all my banks. There are MUCH better CUs and banks in the Bay Area, GTECU, Chase, penfed all have been a much better banking experience IMO.

As far as service if you call or ask for help during normal banking hours everything is great. If you’re somebody that’s not able to get to the bank during banking hours, this is not the location for you. The ATM is constantly not working as far as making deposits or other uses at times. On a weekly basis it seems to not be functioning. I am submitting this review today because I am so frustrated, because this is the eighth or ninth time within the last couple months, but again I’m not able to deposit money into a bank.

I have a personal and business account for over a year. anytime I have to deposit a check above 2,000 theres a hold on it. And you arnt aloud to pull out as much cash you want, their policy is 600$. what a waste of a credit union. I always have problems with this place. I cant wait to be apart of a bank or credit union that actually accepts small business owners and let's them be in control of their money
