Store doesn’t have an idea of how to treat customers with respect. I get they are only cashiers but they should also be able to provide some type of customer service.i was overcharged for an item. Brought the receipt and the tag but they were unable to help me and made an insult. Please train your team to at least be polite. Thanks

Like MANY others. Absolutely awful customer service at this location. Neither of the two women today had a clue, or seemed to care about the job. Two of them moved at glacial pace. After checking her Apple Watch and sending a text she finally said “cash or card”… Honey, “hello” is a good start next time. Manager was an absolute tool, took the two of them a whole circus to figure out why a card didn’t work for a refund. I shouldn’t have to educate your workers on procedure. Get a better sense of the job. I’ve done this job, I did it well, aspire to be better, faster, more intuitive. It’s honesty not hard.
