Drive thru car wash. Person at the pay station is always nice and helpful. They used to have a person dry the car and windows. Stopped during Covid. I wish they'd start again. The car wash does a good job. But the drying time is too short. Front and back windows are left wet. And I have to get out and lean against wet car to dry windows.

The young men who assisted me this afternoon gave a master class in kindness. This was my first time getting my new Nissan Leaf washed and had never attempted to put it in neutral before. I didn’t realize until I was in the wash that I didn’t know how to do it. Two of the young men tried to help and even googled it and couldn’t find a solution. Cars were stacked up behind me and I felt absolutely terrible for the attendants as well as the other customers. But these gentlemen were completely patient and even apologetic. I watched as they managed to skillfully get the line of cars backed out behind me and then guided me out as well, giving me a coupon for a future wash since I had already paid for this one and was refusing a refund since I felt so bad for them. As mortifying as this experience was I can’t imagine how awful it would have been if they had not been so kind. They really left me thinking long and hard about the right way to treat people. Thank you for hiring such incredible staff!!

Just recently purchased a car for one of our kids and it was covered in stuck on glued on pollen. The guys pre-washing took the extra time to power wash and lift as much off as possible. All in all great service for good price.

I have a monthly car wash pass so I usually don’t interact with the staff very often, but this time I had to go in because I had my windshield replaced and needed to get a new pass sticker for my vehicle. The gentleman that helped me was super friendly and he made the replacement process very simple. He even came out to my car and installed the sticker on my windshield for me. Great customer service!

The change from Castrol was for the customers benefits as we felt consumers needed a high quality oil that was continuing to advance lubricant technologies.
