Went to the store needing a new battery, and the manager there said “I will out the new battery in for you”. Wow!!! Would recommend this Auto Zone. Thank you!!

I bought a head gasket test liquid for my diesel van as recommended by the store personnel but when i got a chance to read the instructions it said in big letters it is for gas only and won't work for diesel (that's fine, we all make mistakes!). I went back to the store to return the item, but store manager Maddux said a paper receipt would be required and he can't help me without a receipt. This is despite that the transaction was recorded under my AutoZone account! Maddux, the store manager was very bossy and unprofessional. I tried to politely express my concerns about it, but at the end he said "You may get away without a receipt with someone else, but I am not going to give you a refund without a receipt". I think this is not a proper customer handling by a store manager and Maddux should at the very least be ramped up on his customer management skills. I will try to avoid this place not to run into such negative attitude again.

Stopped in yesterday to the Maple Valley AutoZone and the customer service from the manager, Mychelle, was amazing. She went above and beyond in order to help us with what we thought would be a simple matter, changing a headlight, but was in fact quite complicated involving several choices, and we left with working and matching lights. I cannot recall a time when I have received better service from a store. Many thanks Mychelle!

Ordered a cargo cover for my truck and received the wrong size. Brought it back to the store and worked with the GM "Dakota" to resolve the issue. She was knowledgeable, more than happy to help take measurements to insure that the replacement was correct, and thorough in providing a date, credit info and everything I needed to move forward. She should be commended for bringing "customer service" back into the retail environment.
