After calling around to so many vets we finally found Pine Tree and the amazing staff who would see our chinchilla who was having eye trouble! I dropped off my little man first thing in the morning and they checked him out so quick and discovered he has an eye infection. Eye drops to treat his eye and a big pile of tasty hay as a treat for the ride home. I'm so happy we found Pine Tree!

I’ve brought three of my pets to three different vets. All wonderful people. Caring, personable, hospitable, and straight up a joy to intersect with. I’ve been through a few disappointing vet offices and am so glad I’ve finally found them. They are above all others and totally worth the drive for me!

Amazing friendly people, they took great care of my axolotl (a exotic pet) and even followed up with me afterward to check in as to how he was doing! Even gave me a email to reach them at incase I had any questions and their response rate is great! Thank you to everyone on their team for having compassion and caring ❤

First time taking in my pretty rare reptile. A Uromastyx lizard. A baby Egyptian to be exact with a respitory infection. The price was very manageable with the treatment he got. And he is doing quite well now about 7 days later now. I used to live in Maple Valley and wish I would've found this exotic reptile and sooner. Will be going here from now on out. I live in Issaquah and used to take my Uromastyx to a Specialty Bird and Exotic Reptile vet. The final bill would always be about $200 Everytime with minimal meds. Where as this was just more than half that with 2 different meds and a couple samples to find out what was wearing exactly. I'll say it again. This will be my future vet for my exotic lizards as well as my dogs too.

We recommend an exam as soon as possible to determine how we can best help your pet. It is hard to determine if it is a concern or not until an exam and thorough history is done.
