I had ordered flowers from Juan all the way from Malaysia and he made the delivery happen for a colleague who was going on a long medical break. From getting in touch with the recipient (I didn't know where she lived!) to dealing with my order quickly so I could get to bed (12 hour time difference) to driving the distance to get it to her, the service was amazing. Juan kept me informed throughout the prep to the same day delivery. Awesome!

We had the very best experience! I contacted Juan at the shop and he gave me Monica’s number. She reached out to me in a matter of minutes to discuss what we wanted for our upcoming wedding. She was in contact with me very frequently and was able to design the most beautiful bouquets! We also had a picture of my husband’s mother and I when we went dress shopping just before she passed and Monica designed a gorgeous arrangement with the frame!
