Fastest Tropical Smoothie Cafe I've ever been served at. Staff was friendly, polite and efficient. I ordered the Watermelon Mojito smoothie and Cheese Quesadilla. The smoothie was delicious as always, and the Quesadilla was fresh and hot. The staff went above and beyond helping people with their apps. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice seating layout inside. Great little stop for a quick bite.

Ordered through Uber Eats. New corn was delivered without a lid on the container, instead the container was in a plastic bag. This bag was not sealed, so it leaked all of the seasoning out of the corn and all over the inside of the bag with my sandwich. Also ordered, and paid for, extra bacon on a flatbread that was supposed to already contain bacon. Sadly, the sandwich had just one soggy piece of bacon on it. The smoothies were good as expected, but they missed the chia seeds I requested. I am guessing that they probably didn't add the other items I paid for either at this point. I will order from another Tropical Smoothie next time.

This experience was just like the one I've had at the Fort Pierce locations. It took 45 min to get 2 smoothies. The smoothies didn't taste like they were supposed to taste. They gave me the wrong smoothie initially and then became annoyed …Sorry We let you down. That is not normally our standard of service. But yes, lack of man power is an understatement within itself. Our “Now Hiring” signs that we have had up for over 2 months is testament to that. If you give us some time to get more crew members in and properly trained, I can assure you, the service would be vastly improved.

The employees are nice enough but when I ask about gluten free and turning a wrap into a bowl is suggested to me I sort of expect the bowl to be gluten free. It was not. My child has an allergy, and if I were more trusting this could have been dangerous for her.
