Today I have the dissapointed of reviewing this salon because I gave it 2 chances to give me a good experience, but all they did was just provide a catty attitude, demeaning communication and passive aggressive behavior. From- hinting that I'm too unpleasant and sad faced, interrupting me while I was talking, literally slapping my hand away when I pointed out the flaws in my manicure - To making personal and hugely inappropriate comments regarding my life and state of being in general and also saying: There are so many other nail salons that you can go to next time. I feel that I have the right to not be happy with the service that I payed for, as it was anything but quality. The first time around in this salon, I had the male technician who couldn't do the abre for me but also instead of working and offering something he's good at doing, he mocked and humiliated me by loudly saying: Make up your mind. Even though it made me feel horrible, I am new to this town and decided to not be too fast with poor judgment as we're all humans and have bad days. So I called the salon to share with what happened, the reception lady was kind and apologetic and scheduled me an appointment with the salon owner, Lisa. The second time around I really hoped that it would be better. However the owner never apologized she just claimed that she is here to "fix and listen" to me. However I was interrupted multiple times while talking during my session, they could not do the design that I'd wanted as she said they are too simple of a salon to do 3D designs, so we settled on doing French. When Lisa made yet another comment about me being sad, I told her that I'm grieving as I come from the country where war is going on and I still got family there. She said that I was way in my head about everything and cared too much about what others think of me, totally inappropriate and unprofessional thing to say especially to someone who already had a bad experience previously at her salon, that is some mind games 101 and the nerve and disrespect of this lady is beyond. Personally I hate when women act this way, because I'm a feminist and think that we should empower, support and uplift each others spirits, especially when someone is suffering. I'm also huge small business supporter, I understand what customer service is and should be like, as I have 9 years working experience in it, so to show such disregard and zero compassion says a lot. I hate confrontation and I was okay with simply removing the previously applied gel and going home, but for some reason I felt like assumptions were made and Lisa thought she would "put me in my place" I guess, for making a big deal out of this whole thing and complaining, she did redo my nails for free but for what reason I don't understand because if you try to fix bad service then you keep the attitude to the minimum and quietly do your thing and not make things worse. That breaks my heart because I was nothing but polite, accommodating and understanding with them, both times. Nevertheless I never received any kind of respect or an ounce of freaking decency. From what I gathered this woman showed me that she isn't about making people happy and living in the new age, she basically told me not to come back to her salon, still don't understand the reason why... My problem wasn't the manicure but the disrespectful way they hold business, but maybe it's a cultural thing, I don't know. I'm disappointed that such attitude still exists and that the customer service is no where to be found at that place. Just because you smile when you say mean things, doesn't make your worlds hurt less. I'm never going back there either way, but with all my heart I do hope that they realize that this approach is toxic and isn't the way, hopefully, one day, they would consider changing for the better.

They are phenomenal with customer service and clean. It is hard sometimes to get an appointment because they are a small salon and very busy. I have pedicures, manicures, and eyebrow waxing done here and always have a pleasant experience.
