The dr himself is great but the office staff leaves little to be desired! They don’t wear a mask but require patients to. Good luck getting through when calling! They ignore phone calls and never call back yet their automated thing says not to leave more than one voicemail! It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!

The staff is clueless! Was there in March, had an outstanding balance from insurance. I told the older lady, in March I would pay it all in April when I got my taxes. I called to confirm my appointment,in April and it was non existent! Didn't think much about it and rescheduled for the next Monday in May. She called me back the next day and said both appointments, April and May, were cancelled by the OFFICE MANAGER until I payed 50%. No- inter office communication? The whole place is falling apart. I need a good doctor. I don't need this stress.
