Excellent service! Jon called before his arrival. He was polite and knowledgeable. He figured out why our washer stopped working. Our pump went out but didnt have one on hand. He gave me some good advice to order it online saving me money. And showed me how to replace it my self for when I get the part easy fix. I will definitely use Bidwell again if necessary. Highly recommended!

After using this company many times over the years his prices have continued to go up and I cannot recommend based on him guessing wrong. Our very reliable garage refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling after having our entire house electrical panel replaced. Jon came out several days later and replaced the start relay charged us $200. He then tells me and my husband that he feels the unit is shot and will not cool and proceeds to remove his part which we tell him to leave the part and here’s $200 ..we will take our chances. He encouraged us to junk the unit and said we were wasting our money and we should just be pill his service fee to tell us the unit is not repairable. Within a few hours the unit was completely cold operating and putting out ice. very glad we did not trust his judgment on this one.
