As usual, as a preferred member, I had to stand in line way too long to pick up my car, the care I was given was dirty inside and out, and had no windshield washer fluid - lots of fun driving in bug-y Florida. I always expect completely subpar and disappointing from Avis, and you never fail to disappoint and make me feel like I need a shower immediately after getting out of your cars. Congratulations on consistently being only minimally better than a backwater bus filled with roosters and goats.

Ridiculous ! We just wanted to exchange the car because it was trembling a lot and they are just so confusing they told us to go to the other side to leave the car and then when we are there they told us to go back And wait I don’t recommend they are not very accommodating

Yes but it's more and you need to book out early. They have certain vehicles that can go across borders.
They do but it's a small inventory and don't always have a car available, it's best to make a reservation .
